You will then be provided with related documentation from the solicitor. You must make sure that all documents are carefully read and understood. If you do not understand a document sent to you by your solicitor, you must not agree to it and you certainly must not sign it. It is important that you get a clear understanding of what the document is saying.

You will then need to fill in the necessary conveyancing forms after which your solicitor will then prepare the contracts. Once you and the other party are fully in agreement on the contract, the sales can be completed and your property can be transferred to someone else. You must make sure that you received a copy of the final contract for reference.
